Sheila Lambert is a Masters Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor and Licensed Clinical Supervisor specializing in individual, couples and family therapy. She works with those who suffer from addiction whether it be there own addiction or someone else's. Sheila has maintained a private practice in Manchester, NH since 2000 where she has helped hundreds of clients rebuild their hope and help them to improve their health and wellness for a more balanced life.
With over 30 years experience as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor she specializes in helping individuals and families deal with addictions, anxiety, stress and depression. She has maintained a private practice for over 17 years, after working in residential and outpatient treatment programs. She has extensive experience in working with co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression and eating disorders. Sheila has presented at conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of Addictions, Relapse Prevention, Stress Management, and Holistic Wellness. She has worked in the higher education field for 17 years in counseling, administration and as an adjunct professor.
Sheila is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
